ABSTRACT
Every quality program has to balance compliance requirements and operational demands. It is a delicate balance that can inadvertently get tipped one direction or the other. Striking a balance between the two is ideal and leadership roles, collaboration, and support are some of the primary focal points that will be addressed. The session will include a candid discussion on the role of leadership in setting the foundation for quality culture combined with key principles that must be addressed to set a solid foundation.
