ABSTRACT
This presentation will cover the history of Cryptosporidium and Giardia, including how the illnesses associated with organisms led to EPA and global regulations. Also to be covered is why this testing is still important today, how many cases are reported now and where. Test methods will be covered, as well as how to learn to perform these tests what new methods might be on the horizon.
