Inspiring a quality culture starts with leadership conveying a clear vision and a common goal that fosters a strong sense of community—but it doesn't stop there. A true quality culture also requires open and transparent communication, empowered staff, and consistent employee feedback with public recognition. This presentation will explore effective strategies for communicating and engaging with staff to ensure that a culture of quality remains strong and self-sustaining, even in your absence.
