Patsy has 18+ years’ experience in water microbiology, water-related regulations, consensus standards development, and environmental laboratory accreditation. She works with federal agencies, state legislative offices, and industry organizations to develop sensible laws, regulations, standards, and guidance to protect public health and ensure safe, quality water. Patsy is also a long-time participant in various standards development organizations including TNI, Standard Methods for the Examination of Water and Wastewater, AOAC, and ASHRAE.
