Arielle Cocozza
Arielle Cocozza is one of UCT's newest R&D Chemists with a focus on environmental research. After graduating from Rutgers University with a B.S. in Physics, she has amassed ten years of experience with multiple EPA methods in commercial organic chemistry laboratories. This experience has helped her identify current laboratory struggles and develop effective sample prep solutions for laboratories to implement into their workflow. Since starting her role at UCT in November of 2023, her research has focused on PFAS, semi-volatile organics, and other emerging contaminants such as 6PPD-Quinone. Arielle has also joined the EPA focus group for the FY25-28 6PPD/6PPD-quinone Action Plan to collaborate on new methodology for laboratory testing.
