Beth Gutzler

Beth Gutzler is the Lead Environmental Justice Organizer for Metropolitan Congregations United in St. Louis, Missouri. As a faith based community organizer for five years, she has been able to put her own faith into action working for justice in the Midwest. She has combined her Gamaliel organizing training and International Institute for Restorative Practices certification to align people around shared air, water, and land. As board Treasurer for SAVE Leadership, Beth continues to combine her psychology degree and Masters in Business Administration to develop non-profits in the St. Louis Region. Thi Nguyen, PhD is a storytelling trainer and educator who helps nonprofits and academic scientists tell the stories of their work for greater impact. Thi ("tee") is a national speaker on inclusive and strategic leadership, and has worked with over 20 universities and nonprofits. In Greater St. Louis, she supports local nonprofits in their work towards creating opportunities in the scientific workforce, and co-leads Climate Change Agents, a digital storytelling group.
Taylor Harris, PhD is a science communication specialist passionate about community outreach and education. Through SciStory Collective, a digital storytelling nonprofit, she works to create accessible, engaging learning experiences that connect science to everyday life. Taylor develops educational content for all ages—both in person and online—and enjoys using storytelling and social media to reach broader audiences. When she's not working on community-based science projects, she's likely enjoying a DIY project or thrifting.
