Lilit Ispiryan
Lilit Ispiryan is a food chemist from Dresden University of Technology in Germany and completed her PhD at University College Cork, in Ireland. As part of her PhD Lilit researched carbohydrates in complex food systems, which are associated with triggering Irritable Bowel Syndrome. She continued her research in UCC, investigating the potential of plant proteins as a sustainable and healthy protein source in different food products.
November 2022 Lilit started her position as an LC-MS application specialist at Axel Semrau, in Germany, which is part of Trajan Scientific and Medical. Lilit's current work is focused on the development of fully automated workflow solutions for the analysis of PFAS in different matrices.
